Built on Real Experience, Not Theory
Back in 2021, we started Invenchak CBC because we kept seeing the same problem. People weren't struggling with complex investment strategies—they just couldn't figure out where their money was actually going each month. Banks gave you transaction lists. Apps gave you pretty charts. But nobody was helping folks understand their real spending patterns in a way that actually made sense for daily decisions.
How We Got Here
Three years ago, our founder Teodor was working with small business owners in Baia Mare. The conversations kept circling back to the same frustration—tracking expenses felt like homework nobody had time for.
Starting Point
Teodor began offering weekend workshops on budget basics. Twenty people showed up to the first one. Most said they'd tried budgeting apps before but stopped after a few weeks because the categories never matched their actual life.
Building Something Different
After two years of conversations and feedback sessions, we developed our monitoring approach. Instead of forcing people into preset categories, we focused on pattern recognition—helping clients see their own spending habits without judgment.
Where We Stand
Today we work with families and small businesses across Romania. Our approach hasn't changed much—we still believe the best financial tool is understanding your own behavior. Technology helps, but clarity comes from conversation and honest assessment.
What Guides Our Work
We're not here to sell you software subscriptions or promise that budgeting will solve every financial challenge. What we can do is help you see patterns you might be missing and offer practical frameworks that fit your actual circumstances.
Most of our clients come to us after trying three or four different budgeting methods. They're not looking for motivation—they need someone to help them figure out why the standard advice isn't working for their specific situation.
- Budget tracking should reveal information, not create more confusion with complicated reports
- Every household or business operates differently—what works for one might be completely wrong for another
- Financial stability comes from consistent awareness, not perfect execution or rigid rules
- Technology is useful when it saves time, but human judgment matters more than automated algorithms
The People Behind Invenchak CBC
We're a small team based in Baia Mare. Between us, we've spent over fifteen years working with household budgets, small business accounting, and financial education. No fancy credentials from big consulting firms—just practical experience helping real people manage their money better.
Teodor Văcărescu
Started his career in retail banking before realizing most customers needed practical guidance more than loan products. Spent five years teaching financial literacy workshops before launching Invenchak CBC. Still believes the best budget is one you'll actually use next month.
Liviu Comănescu
Joined in 2023 after working in small business accounting. His background helps bridge the gap between what accountants need and what business owners can actually maintain. Focuses on making expense tracking feel less like paperwork and more like useful feedback.
